Shipping & Delivery

Order Processing
Amarolia & Company gifts are processed and shipped within 1-2 days. Personalized and handmade items can take up to 10 business days. If multiple items with different processing times are ordered at the same time, we will hold and ship in one shipment, unless otherwise specified.

If an order must ARRIVE by a certain date, we will do our best to make that happen. Please specify this when ordering or send us an email in addition to the order.

Shipping Methods
All gift ship from Mississauga, Ontario, Canada via our *free/flat rate standard shipping method, Canada Post. This shipping estimates dates are guidelines only. Current global logistic backlogs may affect delivery times. Once your package leaves our hands we can not guarantee delivery dates.

Shipping within Canada ranges from 1 – 5 days.
Express services are available please contact us shipping@amaroliaandcompany.com for a quote.

USA
Shipping US orders ranges from 5-10 days.
We offer live rates with a number of carriers. Our site will select the most cost effective option. Expedited services are available, please contact us for a quote shipping@amaroliaandcompany.com International order 5-10 days.

International shipments may be subject to extra taxes & duties, at the purchasers expense.

Shipping to Multiple Address
Our site checkout has been configured to allow you to specify your recipients per gift.
Applicable shipping rates will be automatically applied.

How do I know when my order has been shipped?
You will receive and order confirmation with your invoice details when your order has shipped. It will also include shipment tracking details for your reference

Are invoices or receipts included in the gift shipments?
NO! We never include receipts or invoices with the gift orders.
A gift receipt may be requested.

Return Policy

Our gifts are thoughtfully curated and elegantly wrapped. We ensure that every gift leaving us is carefully packaged so that it arrives exactly as it left us, perfect.

Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days by contacting us at support@amaroliaandcompany.com. Returned items are required to be in their original packaging and in sell-able condition. 

  • We will initiate an RGA (returned goods authorization) and send you a prepaid shipping label (Canada residents only). 
  • US orders, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.  
  • International orders are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
  • We process refunds on the original payment form. It may take up to 3 weeks to appear on your statement. 
  • Curated gifts, gift sets, personalized gifts, custom gift programs are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
  • All items marked final sale are not refundable or exchangeable.

Order cancellation policy
Order cancellations will be accepted up until the order has left our building. Cancellations will  be subject to a 15% restocking fee.

PAYMENT OPTIONS

We accept all major credit cards online (Visa, MasterCard & American Express) via Payments by Woocommerce / Stripe Payments.

Google Pay and Apple Pay are also available.

Wedding, event and corporate orders will be issued a Square Invoice. Payments can be made online via credit card.Note, 

All transactions are secure and encrypted. We never store payment information on our site.

Custom Corporate, Wedding or Entertaining orders that include customized products or large order quantities require to pay a 50% deposit.

* Unless specified all pricing is quoted in Canadian Dollars.

Need To Change Your Order?

NEED TO MAKE AN ADJUSTMENT TO YOUR ORDER?
Need to change your shipping address, or your change the delivery date, or increase or decrease order quantities etc.? Please call or email us immediately with your requirements and we will work with you to make the necessary changes. Once the gift has been shipped, order changes can not be accepted or processed.
