Mother's Day 2020

What is the last day I can place a Mother’s Day order?

Orders placed by Monday, May 4th, 2020 at 11:59 pm EST with our standard shipping method will arrive by Friday, May 8th (domestic only).
Packages will be labelled “DO NOT OPEN UNTIL MOTHER’S DAY!”

We currently only ship to addresses within Canada.

Lost track of time? We’ll see what we can do to keep you on Mom’s good side. Email us at info@amaroliaandcompany.com and we’ll try and make it work.

We can not be held responsible delays due to weather, courier or postal delivery services.

 

Shipping & Delivery

ORDER PROCESSING
Amarolia & Company Studio Collection gifts are processed and shipped within 1-2 days. Personalized and handmade items can take up to 10 business days to manufacture. If multiple items with different processing times are ordered at the same time, we will hold and ship in one shipment, unless otherwise specified.

If an order must ARRIVE by a certain date, we will do our best to make that happen. Please specify this when ordering or send us an email in addition to the order.

SHIPPING METHOD
All gift ship from Mississauga, Ontario, Canada via our *free/flat rate standard shipping method, Canada Post. This shipping estimates gift arrival dates but they are not guaranteed. Shipping within Canada ranges from 1 – 5 days.
For guaranteed delivery by a specific date please select an expedited service during check out.

We currently ship within Canada.
Shipping to an international address, please contact us for a shipping quote. International shipments may be subject to extra taxes & duties, these are the buyers responsibility.

*Free Shipping applies to Ontario & Quebec only. Flat rate $10 applies to the rest of Canada.

HOW DO I KNOW WHEN MY ORDER HAS SHIPPED
You will receive and order confirmation with your invoice details when your order has shipped. It will also include shipment tracking details for your reference

ARE INVOICES OR RECEIPTS INCLUDED IN THE SHIPMENT
NO! We never include receipts or invoices with the gift orders.

Return Policy

Our gifts are thoughtfully curated and elegantly wrapped. We ensure that every gift leaving us is carefully packaged so that it arrives exactly as it left us, perfect.

Damaged in transit?
Please contact immediately at 416.722.7486 (or email info@amaroliaandcompany.com, so that we can assist you immediately.

All sales are final. No returns or exchanges.
In the rare instance that your gift arrives and you are not completely satisfied please contact us at 416.722.7486 or by email info@amaroliaandcompany.com and we will do what is takes to make it right.

ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY
Order cancellations on our Studio Collection gifts will be accepted up until the order has left our building. Cancellations may be subject to a 15% restocking fee.

Cancellations will not be accepted for customized/personalized orders.

PAYMENT OPTIONS

We accept all major credit cards online (Visa, MasterCard & American Express) via Paypal. Note, You are not required to have a Paypal account to use this service. We also accept payments online and in person via Square.  All transactions are secure and encrypted. We never store payment information.

* Unless specified all pricing is quoted in Canadian Dollars.

Custom Corporate, Wedding or Entertaining orders that include customized products or large order quantities may be required to pay a 50% deposit.

Need To Change Your Order?

NEED TO MAKE AN ADJUSTMENT TO YOUR ORDER?
Need to change your shipping address, or your change the delivery date, or increase or decrease order quantities etc.? Please call or email us immediately with your requirements and we will work with you to make the necessary changes. Once the gift has been shipped, order changes can not be accepted or processed.
